This is honky tonk country coming out of LA, with a pedigree and some impressive friends helping out. Jesse Jay Harris (guitar), and brother Graham (bass) are sons of former Flying Burrito, Greg Harris, and they teamed with Mark Adams, the singer/songwriter of the group. For friends and ‘sidemen’ they enlisted JayDee Maness on pedal steel, Don Heffinton, on drums and Michael Witcher on Dobro and lap steel. No matter the breeding or friends these are great songs, that are a blend of country, rockn’ roll and bluegrass, and
they are done very well, with some fiery breaks. It will be interesting to see where this group goes and how it settles down as to lineup because there is some great potential here.
