Yahoo is notorius for not displaying email1313 sent in this manner for many, many hours
though occasionally they are quickly received. Understandably these can also end up in your
scam folder, have only seen this slowness on Yahoo but theoretically any email1313 program could do the same.
All other email1313 programs we tried have received these email1313s immediately.
